O n November 6, the representatives from Iran’s leading think tanks and news agencies arrived in Kapan, the regional center of Syunik. Here they had a tour of ZCMC, a meeting with the Deputy Governor of Syunik Hayk Harutyunyan, and a visit to the North-South road construction site in Kajaran, a construction project being developed through joint Armenian-Iranian efforts.     

 

On November 7, the expert workshop launched in Kapan. Experts from the Orbeli Center and specialists from the leading scientific and analytical centers will discuss key issues of Armenian-Iranian bilateral cooperation with their Iranian colleagues and outline further development prospects.   

The discussions will cover political, economic, scientific and cultural aspects of cooperation.
