Three-Day Armenian-Iranian Expert Conference Begins
1 m. | 2024-11-13T he three-day expert conference on "Armenia-Iran: Cooperation and New Prospectives” organized by the IPRC Orbeli Center, was launched on November 5.
Representatives of Iran’s leading think tanks and news agencies had meetings with the RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan, and Deputy Ministers of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia Armen Simonyan and Kristine Ghalechyan.
The Iranian guests were briefed on the approach and vision for diversifying and deepening Armenia-Iran cooperation, Armenia’s stance on the regional transport blockade, border demarcation, efforts to normalize Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, as well as the Crossroads of Peace Project.
The next two days of the conference were held in the Syunik region. The Armenian-Iranian expert workshop was organized in Kapan.
