On October 4, “Orbeli” analytical center hosted Gerard Shalyan, renowned geopolitical, armed conflict and strategic relations expert.

He presented demographic and economic changes of the modern world and their impact on geopolitics to the experts from “Orbeli” analytical center and visiting experts. G. Shalyan also answered the experts’ questions on recent developments in international relations, regional concerns as well as on different conflicts.

Armen Yeganyan, the head of the Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, French Ambassador to Armenia Jonathan Lakote as well as the embassy staff also attended the meeting.
