Biography
Izabel Shatoyan studied at Yerevan State University, Department of Political Sciences, in the Faculty of International Relations and completed Master’s Program in Regional Policy. She holds a Master’s degree.
Since August 2018, she has been working at “Public Relations and Information Center” at the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia SNCO.
