Biography
Karine Mkrtchyan studied at Yerevan State University, Department of Iranian Studies, in the Faculty of Oriental Studies. She holds a Master’s degree.
She works at “Public Relations and Information Center” at the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia SNCO. She studies internal and external political issues of regional countries.
